Mr. Rishabh Saxena is a member our energy and regulatory law team, bringing extensive expertise in litigation and advisory services across a broad spectrum of legal domains. A graduate of the prestigious National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), Mr. Saxena has built an impressive career specializing in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters. His ability to navigate complex legal landscapes makes him an invaluable asset to our firm.

Before joining R Associates, Mr. Saxena represented clients at various forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), Central and State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, NCLT, Arbitral Tribunals and NCDRC. He has successfully handled corporate and commercial disputes involving both private parties and public authorities, offering strategic counsel.
Mr. Saxena’s expertise extends to critical areas of the energy sector. He possesses deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and has significant experience drafting and negotiating pivotal legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

An advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, Mr. Saxena is committed to delivering results with diligence and precision. Ms. Pallavi Saigal is a distinguished legal professional with a master’s degree from NALSAR University, Hyderabad. As a Senior Associate at R Associates, she manages a variety of cases and provides counsel to clients on Contractual Disputes, Civil Disputes, and Regulatory issues.

Prior to her tenure at R Associates, Ms. Saigal served as an in-house counsel for RattanIndia and has also worked with Senior Advocate – Mr. Mukul Talwar specializing in arbitrations and civil dispute resolution.

Throughout her career, Ms. Saigal has represented clients before esteemed legal bodies such as the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, and other Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
