Mr. Rishabh Saxena is a member our energy and regulatory law team, bringing extensive expertise in litigation and advisory services across a broad spectrum of legal domains. A graduate of the prestigious National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi, with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), Mr. Saxena has built an impressive career specializing in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters. His ability to navigate complex legal landscapes makes him an invaluable asset to our firm.

Before joining R Associates, Mr. Saxena represented clients at various forums, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), Central and State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, NCLT, Arbitral Tribunals and NCDRC. He has successfully handled corporate and commercial disputes involving both private parties and public authorities, offering strategic counsel.
Mr. Saxena’s expertise extends to critical areas of the energy sector. He possesses deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and has significant experience drafting and negotiating pivotal legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
