Ms. Kaavya Madaan is a legal professional primarily in the field of Electricity and Energy Law, with focused expertise in General Network Access (GNA), tariff determination, and regulatory disputes. She represents clients before key judicial and regulatory forums including the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
