Harsha Parakh

Ms. Harsha Parakh is a 2025 law graduate with a focused interest in energy and regulatory law. As an Associate at R Associates, she is part of the team advising and representing clients across a broad spectrum of regulatory and dispute-related matters in the power sector.

She regularly assists in proceedings before State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity. Her work involves drafting pleadings and written submissions, conducting in-depth legal research, and supporting matters relating to tariff determination and regulatory compliance, including issues concerning General Network Access (GNA) and open access.

She is steadily developing a strong foundation in energy law and remains actively engaged with the evolving regulatory landscape governing India’s power sector.
