Reeha Singh

Ms. Reeha Singh is a regulatory and policy expert with a special focus on Energy Laws. As an Associate at R Associates, she has been a key member of the team representing clients before the State/Centre Electricity Regulatory Commission, Tribunals and the Supreme Court of India, including playing a pivotal role in representing DISCOMs before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.

With her in-depth knowledge of tariff and contractual disputes, Ms. Singh has successfully assisted  clients navigate complex regulatory issues with ease. In addition to her client representation, she offers valuable advice on various legal aspects  including but not limited to regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, risk management.

Reeha earned her law degree from the esteemed Campus Law Centre at Delhi University. Before joining R Associates, she gained experience representing and appearing in diverse criminal, civil and commercial matters before the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, the Delhi/Madhya Pradesh High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
